This project has been one of the most challenging and fascinating at the same time. We had to design and develop, for mass production, a unique gym instrument for special workout exercises, invented by Yiannis Christoulas, a skilled sports scientist, personal trainer, and athlete.
The specifications of the final product were carried out from the demanding needs, both for training and body strength, and to assist people in recovering from injuries. During our study, numerous prototypes were built and tested to the final product, where all these demanding characteristics were assigned, making it perfectly functional, ergonomic, and balanced.
Action Tube® has been applied for a global patent for “ballast motion method” and the efficient “tool-free weight-load” adjustment.
